#CdnBuilt: Giving Back and Creating Communities

#CdnBuilt for Generations: Giving BackMembers of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) have been building, developing and renovating homes from coast to coast for generations. They know that strong communities are not just about bricks and mortar, but about the people living in them. That’s why our members are so passionate about giving back to Canadians. Whether it’s through fundraisers, community-based charity activities, or countless other good-will initiatives, CHBA members are doing their part to make their neighbourhoods thrive.

Celebrating Giving Back to our Communities

Canada’s 150th birthday is in 2017, and CHBA’s 75th anniversary is in 2018. To honour both special occasions, we’re celebrating! And what better way to do that than by sharing the contributions that CHBA home builders, developers and renovators make within their communities every day. CHBA is proud to launch #CdnBuilt for Generations!

CHBA builders, developers and renovators have been shaping our country since its beginning. It’s no surprise that they also continue to work towards building strong communities today. That’s why we’re launching the #CdnBuilt project. We’ll bring you stories about Canada’s towns and cities, and the people who built them. We’ll go into our Association’s 75 year history and share little-known facts about how it has shaped our landscape. And we’ll share what our members and local and provincial associations are doing today from coast to coast to make a difference. You can find it all right here on the CHBA National Blog — the hub for all things #CdnBuilt for Generations.
